What Is The First Step In Booking An Appointment?
The first step in creating this stunning portrait is for us to get together. I would like to invite you to come to our studio for a pre-portrait consultation. This consultation is a wonderful way for us to get to know each other and discuss all the possibilities for how we can create a special memory for you. We will also talk about clothing selection, products and how and where you want to display your portrait. We will talk about the investment of your portrait before the selection appointment. Please contact us to schedule this appointment soon. Of course this consultation is at no charge to you.

When Do I Get To See The Images?
After your session, we will schedule a selection appointment. At this appointment you will get to see your images projected larger than life in a slideshow set to music. We will help you with all of your final decisions on images and products that we will custom design for you.

Because your order will be placed at this selection appointment, it is very important to include anyone who will be needed in the decision making process of your order. We set aside ample time to complete this appointment (60-90 minutes).

A deposit of fifty percent is due at the selection appointment when you place your order, the balance being due when you pick up your order. We accept personal checks, cash, Visa or MasterCard.

Can I bring My Kids To The Selection Appointment?
Of course you can. Children are welcomed, BUT if you would like a chance to relax and concentrate on the beautiful images and products that we will creating for you, then you might want to arrange childcare. Or we can schedule your appointment when your children are in school.

When Do I Get to Bring Everything Home?
Quality takes time, so please allow 6-8 weeks from your order date for completion of your order (subject to time of year). Custom designed albums and orders with framing will take longer. But it’s worth the wait.
